1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling an appointment or using services provided by St George Tint Shop ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

St George Tint Shop provides professional automotive services including, but not limited to:

• Window tinting for vehicles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft
• Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
• Chrome delete services
• Automotive accessories installation

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in advance.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A deposit may be required for certain services or special orders.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future appointments.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns or unreasonable requests.

5. Warranty Information

Our window tinting and PPF services are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage varies by product and will be discussed at the time of service. Warranties typically cover:

• Bubbling, peeling, or cracking under normal conditions
• Color fading or discoloration
• Delamination from glass surfaces

Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, scratches, or modifications made after installation.

6. Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is clean and in suitable condition for service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or issues discovered during installation. Any concerns will be communicated before proceeding.

7. Limitation of Liability

St George Tint Shop's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

8. Utah Window Tint Laws

We comply with Utah state law regarding window tint darkness levels. Per Utah Code § 41-6a-1635, front side windows must allow at least 35% visible light transmission (VLT). Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Utah.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
